Most orders will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped typically USPS or DHL. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5-10 business days (on average). Because your product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, it can take us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Our Standard shipping charge is determined off of the size/destination/weight of the product(s) purchased. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email, or text if opted to do so, with your tracking number. Stratton Motor Cars cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped.

If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly, once its left our hands and shows in route/delivered, there is not much we can do. You need to contact the shipping carrier directly so they can look into where and what happened. Especially with the holidays, shipping carriers sometimes leave your package with a neighbor - please check there as well.
