  • Return Policy

    At Stratton Motor Cars, we strive to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, returns must be completed within 30 days from the date of receipt and in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the item. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to product disclaimers for the terms of each offer). custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.   • Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is accepted, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@strattonmotorcars.com.

  • Shipping

    Most orders will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped typically USPS or DHL. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5-10 business days (on average). We process orders as they are received. Please keep in mind that we are not Amazon. Because your product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, it can take us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Our Standard shipping charge is determined off of the size/destination/weight of the product(s) purchased. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email, or text if opted to do so, with your tracking number. Stratton Motor Cars cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped.

  • Package Lost?

    If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly, once its left our hands and shows in route/delivered, there is not much we can do. You need to contact the shipping carrier directly so they can look into where and what happened. Especially with the holidays, shipping carriers sometimes leave your package with a neighbor - please check there as well.
